About the Role:
This role will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the sales team to implement and optimise CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration and data management. This position is responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
The charter for this role will include:
Manage CRM workflows for the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and performing integrations as needed.
Oversee partner integrations to ensure data flow and system compatibility.
Translate complex business problems into technical requirements for CRM development and implementation.
Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Implement best practices for analysing CRM data, identifying opportunities for data quality improvement.
Utilise technology to enhance data integrity, leading to better conversions and actionable insights for the sales team.
Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Should have prior experience in handling CRM Administration and telephony systems
Ideal Persona would:
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in business process management using CRM systems like Leadsquared, Salesforce, or similar platforms within the edtech Industry.
Good to have experience in mentoring juniors in the CRM team, overseeing multiple workflows, and driving team success.
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of CRM architecture, including customization, integration, work flows designs, data management, data flow management (API’s, webhooks, etc).
Ownership: Proven ability to take full ownership of CRM operations, navigate complexities, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, product and tech) to align CRM strategies with business goals.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and translate technical requirements into actionable insights.
Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying issues, troubleshooting system challenges, and implementing solutions to optimize CRM performance.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with edtech workflows and lead management processes is a plus.
Good to have:
