book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member

About the role.
We’re looking for a Long Form Producer with 1–3 years of experience who loves turning ideas into fun, thumb-stopping videos. You’ll own the whole journey — from a random idea to a polished video going live — and experiment with formats across platforms.
If you’ve made videos for a brand or your own channel and enjoy trying new things, you’ll fit right in 🎬🚀
Come up with video ideas and turn them into engaging content
Plan shoots and execute videos from start to finish
Work with creators, editors, and the team to make ideas happen
Experiment with formats, hooks, and storytelling
Track what works and keep making the content better
1–3 years of experience making videos (brand or personal)
Strong storytelling sense and creative instincts
Comfortable owning projects independently
Good understanding of YouTube and digital content
Hands-on experience with shooting, and working with editors.
Good understanding of platform best practices ( YouTube, Instagram etc).
Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and experiment.
