Arnav Kumar is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. Leap is his second company and he has raised more than $30M in capital for his startups. In his last role, he was a VC investor with SAIF Partners (Now Elevation Capital), which is an early investor in paytm, meesho, urban company, unacademy and many other unicorns. Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

About the role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to contribute to the efficiency and growth of our operations during their initial 0-1 phase. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of Operations Management.

The charter for this role will include:

Work closely with the Operations team to identify areas for improvement in workflows and processes, and actively contribute to implementing solutions for increased efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights for well-informed product decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively participate in agile processes, and play a key role in facilitating effective communication.
Contribute to data analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and play a role in ensuring successful product launches while continuously learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

Ideal Persona:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Passion for pursuing a career in Business Management.
Entrepreneurial experience would be a valuable asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
A data-driven mindset, with a high level of comfort working with data analytics tools and making decisions based on quantitative insights.

Internship Duration: 6 months
