He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

Operate as a lead point of contact for all critical matters related to assigned business partners.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel in assigned business partners.
Work closely with internal stakeholders: Business teams, Operations teams and strategically drive the needs of the business with partners
Tracking and driving key account metrics like - applications, admits, timeline adherence etc
Cascading all important information between internal stakeholders and business partners.
Managing invoicing for the assigned account.
Liaise with the business partner for student engagement activities, like seminars and webinars, for conversion.
Strengthen the partnerships by offering new ways to grow and get the maximum value out of the partnership.
Managing escalations from students/business partners by liasoning with the concerned stakeholders.
The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:
Proven experience in negotiation, driving business, consultative selling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills are essential.
Experience in Alliances, Partnerships, Account Management, or similar roles is preferred
6-8 years experience in key account management preferably in the overseas education industry. Previous experience in the B2B segment is preferable.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively across large cross-functional teams and ensure 100% timeline compliance
