Arnav Kumar
is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. Leap is his second company and he
has raised more than $30M in capital for his startups. In his last
role, he was a VC investor with SAIF Partners (Now Elevation
Capital), which is an early investor in paytm, meesho, urban
company, unacademy and many other unicorns. He thinks and tweets

Vaibhav Singh
is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at
DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow
book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member
of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued

About the Role:
The Senior Program Associate is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring smooth workflows, monitoring performance, and driving process improvements to meet organizational goals.
The charter will include of:
Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and come up with innovative solutions to improve the metrics
Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders like Business, Sales Ops, Product, Analytics to identify critical business needle movers
End to end ownership of projects from problem identification to execution at BAU
Collaborate with cross-functional internal/external partners and customers to identify problems and prioritize between multiple projects
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
Ideal Persona:
3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial sector or a related field
Managing the sales team’s processes and driving productivity.
Ensuring the team achieves document collection and login targets.
Managing and analyzing data to track performance.
Planning and executing weekly and monthly targets.
Coordinating with the LS and Yocket Premium teams to ensure seamless workflows.
Planning and overseeing new projects to improve processes.
Managing team incentives to motivate and align them with goals.
Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
