Vaibhav Singh
is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at
DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow
book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member
of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued

(edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering,

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional talent acquisition specialist in the who will help us close the key positions in senior and middle management roles particularly in tech hiring.
The charter for this role includes:
Devising strategies for sourcing internally and independently driving them
Hiring in multiple areas such as Engineering, Product, UI/UX, Leadership, etc
Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for these roles.
Devising strategies for attracting top talent from the ecosystem.
Ideal Persona:
4-7 years in experience in Tech hiring
At least 3+ years of experience in the recruiting industry
At least 1+ years of experience in working with hyper-growth startups
Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
If the above defines you, you will fight in snugly
