About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional talent acquisition specialist in the who will help us close the key positions in senior and middle management roles particularly in tech hiring.
The charter for this role includes:
Handle end-to-end recruitment across Tech, Product, and Design roles (from job posting to offer closure).
Manage inbound applications effectively while also driving proactive sourcing strategies.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build and expand the talent pipeline.
Leverage various job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for candidate outreach.
Conduct initial screenings, manage interview processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver on hiring needs.
Provide market insights, competitor benchmarking, and hiring trends to strengthen hiring decisions.
Ensure recruitment processes align with company culture, diversity, and long-term goals.
Ideal Persona:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
Proven track record of hiring for Tech, Product, and Design roles
Strong understanding and usage of job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
Ability to build strong pipelines and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience in market research, employer branding, and talent attraction strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
