Founder Profile

Arnav Kumar is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. Leap is his second company and he has raised more than $30M in capital for his startups. In his last role, he was a VC investor with SAIF Partners (Now Elevation Capital), which is an early investor in paytm, meesho, urban company, unacademy and many other unicorns. Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

About the Role :

We are searching for a Program  Manager for our latest product line Leap Advantage.

The charter for this role will include:

  • P&L ownership. You will be responsible for driving all P&L numbers across the funnel

  • Building a high-performance sales team - hiring, training, performance management 

  • Building the demand engine for Leap Advantage - this involves lead generation, lead farming, lead scoring, and outreach engine optimization

  • Manage sales-ops -> processes, incentives, sales tool stack (telephony, CRM, etc) 

  • Manage the team to drive output 

Ideal Persona :

  • Should have owned P&L before

  • 4- 6 years of work experience in consumer internet companies on the demand side

  • Strong preference for folks with edtech experience

  • Should be a natural at sales and should have managed a sales team of minimum 10 people before

  • Exposure to outbound marketing (email campaigns, SMS campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications) and inbound marketing ( landing page design, UX) will be a big plus 

  • 0 -> 1 experience at a startup is a huge plus

  • Strong first-principles problem solving 

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity
