About the Role
We are searching for an L&D trainer/Client Relationship AM with a strong study abroad background with USA destination expertise.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilitating induction and upskilling training programs for freshers and experienced counsellors on all USA study-abroad topics
-Developing learning programs for the counselling org based on business and industry trends while adhering to content quality and delivery timelines
-Be adept at designing training programs for both online and offline delivery formats
-Design assessments and continuous feedback loops to measure and inform learning outcomes
-Effecting planning of training schedules and communicating them to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
-Stay updated on all industry trends and be the ultimate authority on the USA destination
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the field of study abroad with a focus on counselling/client relationships/Learning & Development. (Preferably USA destination)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to prioritize (time management) and multi-task
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and tech-savvy
