About the Role: 
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive implementation and execution for paid ad channels of Leap Scholar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing, and monitoring the marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google.

The charter will include of:
  • Execute paid social campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc. to meet and exceed new customer acquisition goals.
  • Own end-to-end management of paid social channels from campaign and ad creation to daily optimisations, budget adjustments
  • Gather insights on creative performance and create a feedback loop with the brand team to improve future iterations and net-new content.
  • Drive A/B testing plans to continually improve ad copy and creative, bidding strategies, landing pages, targeting, etc
  • Stay on top of industry trends and regulations in the paid social space and ensure LeapScholar adapts to trends proactively.

Ideal Persona of the Candidate:
  • 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience with at least 1 year of managing a monthly budget of 15L for Facebook ads
  • Worked closely with creative teams in the past to ideate new experiments
  • Has shown extreme ownership across projects

Must have skills:
  • 2-3 years experience working on paid social channels like - Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Linkedin, etc.
  • Strong data analysis skills - should enjoy digging deeply into data and working in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience with Media planning - Ability to distill high-level targets into an actionable plan.
  • Ability to come up with good creative strategies

Good to have:
  • Experience working on other performance marketing channels like Google Search ads etc.
  • Ability to get their hands dirty with data - Write SQL queries, work with BI tools, etc.
  • Copywriting skills
