About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy Influencer Marketing Associate to join Leap’s Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creators, thrives in social spaces, and knows how to make collaborations fun yet impactful. If you’re the kind of person who always knows the latest content trend, understands what makes good content, loves networking, and has a knack for convincing people—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant micro and mid-tier influencers (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for campaigns.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
Negotiate deals that maximize ROI while staying within budget.
Monitor content trends, formats, and viral opportunities to plug Leap campaigns naturally.
Coordinate influencer briefs, ensure timely content delivery, and track performance metrics.
Brainstorm and execute creative influencer campaigns for IELTS, study abroad, and other Leap products.
Maintain a creator database (size, niche, engagement, cost).
Requirements
0-1 years of experience
Extrovert personality – comfortable networking and building rapport.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills – both written and verbal.
Up-to-date with Instagram/YT/Reels/TikTok trends.
Analytical mindset to track influencer performance & campaign ROI.
Bonus: Prior experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
Bonus: Experience in writing scripts
