We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our growth team. If you have hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook) Ads and creative strategy, a strong understanding of data-driven optimization, and love collaborating with design teams to make ads perform better this role is for you.
Creating, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns (App install, lead generation, conversions).
Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, video scripts, and visual concepts.
Monitoring campaign performance, analysing metrics, and optimising to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
Running A/B tests for creatives, hooks, and landing pages to identify what works.
Using data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify insights, and drive optimisation decisions.
Staying updated with Meta algorithm changes, ad trends, and new creative formats.
Hold a bachelor’s/master's degree in any field from a reputed university.
Bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads for B2C brands, ideally with budgets above 50 Lakhs/month.
Be skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Have experience working with creative teams - writing scripts, defining hooks, and aligning messaging with campaign goals.
Be data-driven with a strong sense of creative intuition and problem-solving.
Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Midjourney) to improve ad ideas, research, and visual direction.
Understand the basics of SEO, conversion funnels, and landing page optimization.
