About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Manager - Content Marketing for Leap.
The charter for this role will include:
Design and drive the content strategy of the brand across diverse platforms.
Shape and execute new brand initiatives that challenge the status quo and inspire new ways of connecting with audiences.
Experiment with and refine content strategies to achieve measurable business impact, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and engagement.
Set the standard for exceptional content, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience that resonates at every touchpoint.
Ideal Persona would:
4+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in core functions like copywriting, social media, and content creation.
Proven track record in content strategy and execution, with hands-on experience in writing and managing content across channels.
Skilled in building and managing content IPs, with a deep understanding of content creation from concept to execution.
Strong problem-solving ability, capable of handling complex content challenges and driving measurable results.
Excellent collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
Passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, continuously innovating in content marketing strategies.
