About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented User Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, behaviours, and motivations through various research methods. Your insights will guide business decisions.
The charter for this role will include:
Conduct user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing
Analyze gathered data insights to identify trends and patterns in user behaviours
Collaborate with PRM, Business and product folks to integrate user insights into the user funnel
Advocate for the user by presenting research insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research.
Ideal Persona would:
Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in user research or a related area
Proficiency in research methods and tools (e.g., usability testing software, survey tools)
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
