Job Description: Finance Relationship Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Finance Relationship Manager to join our team. Candidates should have previous experience in B2C sales, preferably with an upselling and cross-selling background in financial products, and a passion for sales and customer service. A background in finance or banking will be preferable :)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support.
Meet and exceed sales revenue targets on a consistent basis.
Conduct calls with potential customers and follow up on leads, creating a pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documentation for different services..
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common sales objectives
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products to existing customers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and conversation skills.
Enthusiastic about sales and customer service, with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree or similar level of education.
Previous experience in the finance or banking segment is a plus.
