Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling exclusive education loan products of Leap Finance to students aspiring for higher education in the USA. This role involves direct interaction with students, parents, and educational consultants to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about Leap Finance’s loan products, eligibility criteria, and application process
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational consultants
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize loan approvals and disbursements
Assist customers in completing loan application forms and gathering required documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and ensure timely disbursements.
Ideal Persona:
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
Should have 1- 4 years of experience as a Loan Advisor/ Edtech Sales/ counselling/ telesales/ insurance sales
Should be confident to handle student queries and provide timely and efficient solutions
Candidates should have good presentation, client-facing, and counselling skills with a pleasing and convincing personality
Perquisite for this role will include:
Work Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Working Time - 10am till 7pm
Work Days - Monday to Saturday; Sundays are off
