Job Overview:
Primary responsibility would be to get the team source information for abroad Courses & Universities for a particular country. The aim would be to source information for maximum possible Universities & Courses in the shortest span of time with minimum QC errors.
Job Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will be responsible to manage a team of 7-10 sourcers/researchers
  • The candidate will be responsible to achieve the team’s daily/weekly/monthly targets with respect to fetching data for abroad Courses & Universities
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring >90% QC score for their team members
  • The candidate will need to update daily/weekly/monthly dashboards in a timely manner
  • The candidate will need to think of ways to improve process efficiency both in terms of Productivity and Average QC scores
  • The candidate will require to do close hand holding of bottom quartile performers
  • The candidate will need to conduct regular one on one sessions and keep the team motivated
  • It is expected that the candidate will regularly provide process improvement suggestions whenever deemed necessary
Eligibility:
  • The candidate should be a graduate/post graduate from any discipline
  • The candidate should have an experience of >5 years if not from the same domain, and, >3 years if he/she has good experience within the same domain
  • The candidate should be able to demonstrate skills on running a process smoothly
  • The candidate should be able to extract maximum performance from the reportees
Candidate will be preferred who have:
  • Prior exposure to Abroad higher education
  • Candidates who have handled processes before
