Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)


The incumbent will be accountable for the P&L of a particular business function / sub function along with playing a strategic role in building processes and leading large teams. The incumbent will also be expected to drive the process, lead in-flow, marketing plans and customer experience for their specific funnel. This role involves working closely with engineering, product, design and marketing teams to deliver results. It is a great role to get a microscopic view and first hand experience of the way businesses are built and scaled.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● To be accountable for the national P&L account for a specific function or sub-function

● To lead a team of 100+ functional experts in counseling division and Managers / Senior Managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.

● Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model

● As part of the leadership team, you will audit, overlook and implement all operations initiatives for the organization and efficiently manage teammates.

● Utilizing a high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable the team for 10X growth.

The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:

● 6+ years of experience in P&L management, sales, or operations and managing a team of more than 100 team members

● Exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics

● Competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counselors, operations, etc.

● Build strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.

● Good skills in handling CRM.
