Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)


Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Meet Alloted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)

  • Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team

  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey

  • Conduct Training sessions & help build a world class team of counselors

  • Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings

  • Report & Data Management

  • Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team

  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set target, Pipeline forecast & Management

  • Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:

  •  9-10 + years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad industry

  •  In Depth domain knowledge of at least 3+ destinations( USA/UK/Canada/Aus/NZ/Ireland)

  •  Excellent presentation and communication skills

  •  5+ years of experience in leading a team of counselors, sales staff & amp; BDE’s

  •  Proven ability to deliver targets & own a P&L of a department / destination

  •  Demonstrated skills in a customer facing role with experience in developing business

  • plans, budgets and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.

  •  A resolute, ethical leader who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.

  •  Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable

  •  Experience of conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars

  • Existing relationships with universities, colleges or schools in India
