Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Meet Alloted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team
Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
Conduct Training sessions & help build a world class team of counselors
Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
Report & Data Management
Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set target, Pipeline forecast & Management
Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:
9-10 + years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad industry
In Depth domain knowledge of at least 3+ destinations( USA/UK/Canada/Aus/NZ/Ireland)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
5+ years of experience in leading a team of counselors, sales staff & amp; BDE’s
Proven ability to deliver targets & own a P&L of a department / destination
Demonstrated skills in a customer facing role with experience in developing business
plans, budgets and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.
A resolute, ethical leader who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable
Experience of conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars
