Job Overview
Prime responsibility would be to audit long form content for Study abroad exams and Universities pertaining to language, accuracy of information and content structure. Feedback needs to be shared with relevant authors from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:-
The candidate will require to audit the content pieces (1500+ words) created by authors with respect to:-
Grammatical errors, style of writing (it shouldn’t be casual or unprofessional) and if the authors are able to establish a certain degree of flair in their enumerations
All types of information on the page should be up to date when compared to Exam/University official websites
Overall content structure should adhere to existing templates and processes
The candidate is required to give written and verbal feedback from time to time to help authors come up the learning curve
The candidate should be able to submit weekly/monthly reports at author & process level showing top errors, trend of QC scores, bottom quartile performers etc.
The candidate should be able to identify TNA (Training Need Analysis) for different sets of authors and conduct such target group training sessions
The candidate is required to conduct monthly quiz for the authors to check their level of understanding of the process and domain
The candidate is expected to upskill himself/herself on SEO so that feedback can be shared with authors to boost page performance and traffic on the site
Eligibility:-
The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with excellent written and verbal communication skills
The candidate should have prior exposure in audits & feedbacks
The candidate should be able to demonstrate some skills on conflict management
The candidate should be able to balance the views of authors with process requirements
Candidate will be preferred who have:-
Prior exposure and understanding of SEO
Prior exposure to Abroad higher education
