Vaibhav Singh
is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at
DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow
book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member
of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued

(edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering,
product, design)
About the Role
Leap is building a peer-to-peer mentorship platform where students studying abroad mentor aspiring students from India.
We are looking for someone who understands both:
i) The study abroad journey (ideally someone who has lived it)
ii) And how to sell a platform (SaaS-style consultative selling)
This role is about building the supply side of our P2P marketplace.
i) Identify and source alumni & current students studying abroad
ii) Pitch and onboard them as mentors on Leap’s P2P platform
iii) Sell the value proposition of building their personal brand + earning via mentorship
iv) Close high-quality mentors across the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, etc.
v) Work closely with marketing & product to improve onboarding funnel
vi) Track activation, session completion, and retention of mentors
vii)Experiment with acquisition channels (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, university networks)
Do whatever else it takes to win.
2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales / account executive / partnerships
Has studied abroad OR deeply understands the study abroad ecosystem
Strong outbound mindset - comfortable reaching out cold
Consultative seller (can sell vision, not just a product)
Comfortable working in a 0→1 setup
